Does insurance cover the Reed Procedure℠?
Yes, most major medical insurance providers cover the Reed Procedure℠. Your coverage details will depend on your insurance policy and medical history. Please note that we currently cannot accept Medicaid, United Healthcare, or Worker’s Compensation.

Pre-Authorization
Before treatment starts, your insurance will need to authorize it to confirm medical necessity and coverage. This process, known as pre-certification or pre-determination, typically takes two to four weeks. It involves reviewing your medical history and previous pain treatments and may include a psychological evaluation. We will guide you through completing this necessary pre-authorization to start your treatment as soon as possible.
